  • Livestream of both worship services will be available and a playback link will be available on the church website following services for view at any time.
  • With safety in mind, services will be a touch-free experience. There will be no greeting time, we will not have programs, nor take an offering. For those prepared to give, offering drop boxes will be located in the commons area. We highly encourage use of online giving and the online digital connect card.
  • We ask the good personal hygiene is practiced before and while in the church building including frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, covering your cough, and not touching your face and nose.
  • Face coverings will be required inside the church building. We encourage you to bring your own face covering, but we will provide coverings for those who do not have one.
  • Congregational singing will be allowed as face coverings will be in place.
  • We ask that safe social-distancing of 6-10 feet be maintained by those from different households while inside the church. Seating has been arranged accordingly and capacity for worship will be set at following the current State of Minnesota guidelines.
  • The kitchen and Café will be closed and we will not have coffee fellowship at this time.
  • Common areas and restrooms will be sanitized between services.
  • Children’s and Student Ministry will be meeting on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings following current guidelines and with safety protocols in place.

Non-corporate Meeting/Event Protocols – updated 01/13/2021

  • The Rock Room will be the only room available for non-corporate meetings. Capacity will be set at a maximum of 25% (30 people) to comply with State of Minnesota guidelines.
  • Meeting requests will be scheduled through the Woodcrest Church office.
  • We ask the good personal hygiene is practiced before and while in the church building including frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, covering your cough, and not touching your face and nose.
  • Face coverings will be required at all times while inside the church.
  • We ask that safe social distance of 6-10 feet is maintained by those from different households while inside the church. The Rock Room is set up for safe social distance and we ask that tables and chairs are not moved.
  • At the conclusion of the meeting/event, sanitizing of all high-touch surfaces, tables, and chairs must be completed before exiting the church. Also, we ask that the sound/video equipment is sanitized, if used, and you have been trained to do so. Supplies are located by the main doors to the Rock Room.
  • At this time, we are unable to accommodate the integration of the sound/video equipment with online meeting capabilities such as Zoom. If you have been trained to use the sound/video equipment for use in the room, you may. However, staff will not be available to conduct any training, so if you want to provide your own technology (laptop, tablet, phone) to facilitate an online meeting, you are certainly welcome to do so.

Woodcrest has undertaken reasonable steps to lessen the risk of COVID-19 transmission. However, there are still inherent risks related to COVID-19 transmission that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks.

Those who are sick or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (cough, shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell) are advised to not come to the church. Also, if a person has had COVID-19, we ask that they follow CDC guidelines and quarantine for 10 days after the signs of the first symptoms. See CDC link below for more information.
