Nursery (Birth - 17 months)
Our Nursery is a bright, active, and safe environment where children from birth - 17 months of age experience God's love through the care of volunteers who love children and are committed to providing exceptional care. Children play with a wide variety of toys and books as well as interact with other children their age. We utilize a pager system, as well as a parent check-in and check-out system to ensure the safety of the children entrusted to us. In addition to the nursery, there is also a private room within the Women's Restroom that receives an audio broadcast of the Sunday Worship services for nursing mothers.

Toddlers (18 - 35 months)
Our Toddler Room is a bright and welcoming place where children experience the love of Christ through the care and leading of committed volunteers. Children engage in a variety of activities as they touch, hear, and interact with Bible stories along with other children their age.

Woodcrest ChurchLi'l Ventures (3 - 5 year olds)
Li'l Ventures is our Sunday morning program for 3 - 5 year olds. It meets during both the 9:15 and 10:45 a.m. services in the Li'l Venture room next to the nursery where kids are met with bright décor, friendly leaders and an array of toys and activities. This room also has a connected bathroom so that there is no need to leave the area. This program uses Hands on Curriculum by Group Publishing. It is a curriculum that allows 2 & 3 year olds the opportunity to interact with and the Bible lesson through crafts and Bible stories that have the kids physically engaged with the story whether it is feeling the fur of a lamb or the roughness of the boards in Noah's Ark. Li'l Ventures begins with a time of praise and worship with songs tailored to their age as well as activities and Bible stories that help this age group understand God's Word.

Woodcrest ChurchKid-Venture (Kindergarten - 3rd Grade)
Kid-Venture is our Sunday morning program for kindergarten through 3rd grade. Kid-Venture meets in the Great Room during both the 9:15 and 10:45 a.m. services. This program uses Promiseland curriculum which utilizes both large and small group activities. After a time of worship and drama the kids divide into small groups at their grade level. Through large group drama and small group activities and discussion, children gain an active knowledge of Christian principles by looking at Biblical accounts of God's presence in and through His people. Children also learn how to apply God's Word to their own lives and how to live for Christ daily through their actions, words and relationships. Offering is taken during both hours of Kid-Venture. The offering goes towards a variety of projects throughout the year.

Woodcrest ChurchClub 45 (4th & 5th Graders)
Club 45 is specifically for 4th and 5th graders on Sunday mornings. It meets in the Rock Room, during the 9:15 a.m. service only. It combines discussion, group activities and small group time to help this older age group dig deeper into God's Word. Kids are challenged to really see how God makes a difference in their lives, how they can live a life according to His Word and through His Son and how they can be a witness for Him in their family, neighborhood and city. Offering is taken during Club 45. The offering goes towards a variety of projects throughout the year.

Velocity (4th & 5th Graders)
Velocity is a group that meets during the 10:45 a.m. service only. It is open to 4th and 5th graders, but group size is limited. This is an opportunity for kids who enjoy leading worship and acting in dramas to use their gifts to serve during the 10:45 Kid-Venture program. After their time of service, kids will participate in interactive lessons and projects that focus on living their lives the way Jesus did ministry – serving others. They must be committed to serving in the Kid-Venture program by learning and practicing the worship songs for each week, participating in leading worship and helping with dramas when they are needed.
