I'm Interested In:
Sundays at 9:15a, 10:45a
Whether you've visited several times, or are just thinking about coming to Woodcrest Church, we're glad to have you join us. We've outlined some of the things you will do when you visit, so you know what to expect.
Choose A Service Time
Woodcrest offers two worship service times – 9:15am, 10:45am. All services are similar in style and content.
Find The Church
Woodcrest is located on the Northeast corner of Cliff Road and Highway 3 (South Robert Trail) in Eagan.
Check In Your Children
Our kids program is the perfect place for children from birth to grade 3, and the same great
program is offered during both services. Grades 4 & 5 programming are only offered during the first service. The staff and volunteers create a safe, fun atmosphere in
which children can learn Bible stories and participate in age-appropriate worship. Parents check in
their children at age appropriate locations. Parents who check infants and toddlers into the nursery
receive a pager for ease of access in case of need.
Get Settled
At Woodcrest Church, you'll notice a casual atmosphere and people of all ages and walks of life.
An usher will give you a program, which includes church announcements and a note-taking sheet
for the message. An usher can direct you to seats in the worship center – or you may sit wherever
you are most comfortable.
Worship
This time is set aside for communicating with God from our hearts. Our worship team will lead us
in upbeat, contemporary songs of celebration, as well as more intimate songs of worship. Many
of the songs may be familiar to you if you listen to the radio stations KTIS (98.5 FM) or Spirit FM
(95.9 or 107.5 FM). Everyone worships in his or her own unique way – for many, that means
singing and clapping along, and for others it means quietly reflecting on the words. You're
welcome to do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
Offering
Each week Woodcrest's members and regular attenders make an offering. As a guest, there is no
need for you to give. This is an act of worship for our regulars, allowing them to thank God for all
of the great work he is doing in their lives. It also gives Woodcrest the means to reach more
people for Christ in the future.
Message
Every Sunday, our pastors give a relevant, straightforward message that is based on Scripture
and is designed to be helpful in your everyday life. Many past messages are available on CD. These messages will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and apply biblical
teaching to your own life. If interested in copies of previous messages please contact the church
office at 651-881-9800.
Communion
Usually, we celebrate communion together on the first Sunday of the month. Anyone can
participate in this time of reflection and prayer – as long as they've made the decision to follow
Jesus Christ. The juice and bread that we share represent the life he gave up so that our sins
could be forgiven. Parents are encouraged to make certain their children are indeed ready to
partake of communion and to assist them during the ceremony.
Kids Programming
While adults are in the worship center, their kids are listening to their own dynamic interactive
message, learning principles that can be lived out all week long. Children are divided into
classrooms with age-appropriate teachings and activities, discussing topics that will help them
build a solid foundation and a strong relationship with God.
Pick Up Your Kids
If you check a child into kids programming, you will need to personally pick up any of your
children that are third grade and younger.
Enjoy A Snack And Fellowship
If you'd like a snack between the services, or want to sit and chat with friends or family, treats are
available in the commons area along with tables to sit at. They're great places to relax, discuss
the day's message, or connect with other attenders.
Stop By The Welcome Center
If you'd like more information about Woodcrest visit our Welcome Center. It's located just outside
the worship center. You'll meet a friendly individual, get your questions answered, and receive
materials to get you started at Woodcrest.
Get Involved
Woodcrest Church provides a wide range of opportunities for attenders and their children to
move beyond weekend services and into deeper, more meaningful relationships with Jesus Christ
and others. To find ways to get more involved:
